PIOTRA 4 WITH A BUILDING PERMIT

The Piotra 4 apartment complex is Flora Development’s most recent venture, and it will be located on the Międzytorze side of Morskie Śródmieście in Gdynia.

Modern structures and the lively Kaszubski Square and Świętojańska Street are nearby the project. Residents can also choose from a vast selection of cultural and culinary highlights. The project’s location will provide easy access to the train station, the Trójmiasto ring road, public transportation, and a stunning view of the port pier and ferry terminal, less than 200 metres away.

The building will have 96 flats on eight above-ground floors. Each of them will have a separate loggia or balcony. Storage rooms and parking spaces designed for electric vehicle chargers will be located on the two underground storeys. Commercial and service facilities will be located all over the ground floor. The structure’s design will be a nod to Gdynia’s established traditional modernist style from the 1930s.

Construction work will start at the turn of September and October this year and will last until mid-2025.
