We never take the size of a project as our final goal. We want our projects to be welcoming to city residents and well thought out, both in terms of integration with their immediate surroundings and carefully planned fine details.

We try to avoid greenwashing and over-marketing of “revolutionary” ideas to save the planet. Instead, we strive to ensure our projects’ long-term sustainability: from the social perspective, through their environmental impact, to the economy of operating costs.
