GDYNIA ON THE LIVCOM AWARDS PODIUM IN THE ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY CATEGORY
The only competition worldwide that focuses on best practices in urban development and environmental protection is the LivCom Awards.
In 2021, more than 160 cities were analysed, and Gdynia was one of 22 finalists honoured with awards. The most significant elements of the urban environment – green spaces, culture and art, and initiatives to raise the standard of living for residents – were recognised with this award for their high quality.
The Piotra 4 investment, Flora Development’s most recent project, reflects the principles that the competition jury used to assess various cities.
From the very beginning, we placed a lot of emphasis on thoughtful space design, architecture, energy and water savings, and the quality of the greenery. The award is proof that we are moving in the right direction because these components match the areas that the LivCom jury felt best represented Gdynia.

A brief summary of Piotra 4
The planned Piotra 4 residential building with 96 flats will be less than 200 metres from the port pier. The project stands out for several reasons besides its unique location, including modernist architecture, large common green areas, a rainwater retention system, and compatibility with electric vehicle charging stations. The construction works are to begin at the beginning of Q4 2022.
