PURCHASES IN THE MOKOTÓW DISTRICT FOR NEW PROJECTS

Our new project in the Mokotów district is certain! In March 2023 we finalised a purchase transaction of two office buildings and an adjacent plot at Cybernetyki Street in Warsaw.

Taking into account the neighbouring investment finished in March, we are focused on creating a modern, attractive space for rapidly growing society in Mokotów.

Our Warsaw portfolio has grown by two buildings, previously known as Helion and Luminar, along with an adjacent parking plot with the total area of 4 000 square meters.

Together with the previous purchase transaction of neighbouring Solar company, we are in possession of around 1.5 hectare of land in the mentioned location. A new quarter of this part of the city seems very promising.
