The Hottest Production of the Year: Flora Development with the Piotra 4 Project at the 49th Polish Film Festival in Gdynia

Starting Monday, September 23rd, Gdynia will become the capital of Polish cinema for six days, and we can’t wait to meet you at the Gdynia Film Center. The hottest production of the year, which we’ve prepared especially for the film festival, is packed with attractions related to our Piotra 4 project in Gdynia.

From September 23rd to 27th, we’ll be waiting for you at the Film Center, where we’ll set up a beautifully designed photo wall. We invite you to join us between screenings for a photo session and to enjoy some delicious coffee. To mark the occasion, we’ve prepared special coffee cans with a custom label inspired by the Piotra 4 project.

On Saturday, September 28th, during the grand ceremony of the Golden, Silver, and this year’s Sapphire Lions, we invite you to the finale of the hottest production of the year. On the red carpet, in front of the Mercure Hotel in Gdynia, you’ll feel right at home – specifically, in the apartment building of our Piotra 4 investment. Thanks to a specially designed space with a cosy sofa and even a balcony, you’ll be able to admire a stunning view – an illustration created by Adela Madej. This is a zone where you’ll experience the unique atmosphere of the Piotra 4 project, the cinematic vibe of Gdynia, and, who knows, maybe you’ll run into this year’s festival Lion winners.
