CONSTRUCTION OF PIOTRA 4 IN GDYNIA BEGINS
Full speed ahead! We have begun the construction of our residential building project Piotra 4, located between the city centre and the waterfront of the Gdynia port.
We first started the ground works in 2023 to, as planned, prepare solid foundations and start the proper construction work. Work is going at full speed, according to schedule, which assumes that in the second half of this year the building shall have two floors ready.
In the next spring the building shall be in a building shell state. What does it mean? This is good news, as the building will have a full supporting structure, external walls, roof, and all of the windows and front door. To put in other words, it will be ready on the exterior and this would be the time to start the interior works.
We will continue them for the next months, and this phase will be concluded by the next milestone, that is obtaining an occupancy permit, which we plan to do in the 3rd quarter of 2025.
