A PURCHASE OF SOLAR OFFICE BUILDING IN WARSAW

The portfolio of our capital city has grown by an office building along with ground parking on the plot of the total area of 4 000 square meters in the Mokotów district. This transaction paves us a way to a new, spectacular investment project at Cybernetyki Street.

What is it going to be? After demolishing an office building, we are planning a residential investment project in this location, summing up to around 7 000 square meters of usable residential area. It is going to be a part of a bigger city-creating project that will change this quarter of the city while providing it a new function.
