A CONSTRUCTIVE MEETING IN THE NA DACHU KULTURY PODCAST IN GDYNIA

We, as Flora Development, are pleased to be the patron of journalism and art podcasts “Na Dachu Kultury” created by the Musical Theatre in Gdynia. We happily accepted the invitation to one of the meetings organised in this unique place, where we had a chance to talk about non-standard connections between residential development activities and culture, trying to come up together with an answer to an important question – what is a real difference between constructing a building and staging a play?

Maciej Sobieski, Executive Director Flora Development and Dominik Różański, Managing Director Flora Development took part in the podcast. We discussed not only how our company started and what made it this close to culture and art in its core, but we came to many fascinating conclusions that city-forming development activity has a lot in common with preparations to stage a multi-act theatre play, as well.

We intended to explain what do processes of preparing residential investments look like, how complicated they can be, but also how much joy and satisfaction responsible development activity, carried out with respect for the neighbourhood, cooperation with partners and local authorities, can give.
