Director and founder of Flora Development. Dominik’s responsibility is to grow the business in Central Europe. With the knowledge and experience gained over his fourteen years in the business, he invests the assets of the most significant funds in real estate in European markets. He has been a party to transactions worth more than one billion EUR. He is a member of ULI, CCIM, and RICS and a graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics.
A graduate of the SGH Warsaw School of Economics. Several years of experience in managerial and advisory positions, together with his highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills, are the basis for effective decision-making of crucial importance to us. Maciej is responsible for shaping and implementing the company’s business and communication strategy. He enjoys martial arts in his spare time.
The ultimate professional at carrying out Flora Development’s strategy for the choice of investment projects, their acquisition process, and their developmental readiness. He is indispensable in coordinating work with our business partners and subcontractors thanks to his more than ten years of extensive experience in managing diverse teams.
Wiktor is in charge of overseeing Flora Development’s project delivery procedure as well as risk analysis concerning the strategic market and investment aspects. With a background in education and a wealth of experience gained in the UK, the USA and Turkey (where he managed the consular department in Istanbul, among other things), he brings knowledge of the administrative and global context to the team and our business processes.
Karolina is a member of our advisory board and is responsible for the ideological development of the business. In doing so, she represents the most scientific approach to our activities. She discusses social innovation and issues on building a more inclusive and sustainable future. She assists us in analysing the effects of our projects on neighbourhood communities and cooperates in developing our company’s socially conscious corporate strategy. She works as a lecturer and researcher at the SWPS University of Social Sciences and Humanities.
